Default LTCF Question.

I've finally got my paper work in order. going to go hand in my LTCF papers tommorow. Quick question, when I was in high school, i got in a fight, and had to do like 20 hours of community service, and upon completion it was dismissed. I cant remember if this was when i was 17 or 18. I wasn't charged with a misdemeanor, it was just some type of infraction of a local ordinance or something, probably disorderly conduct. to give you better insight, they were going to make me pay a fine of 500 dollars or 20 hours of community service. I decided since I made the mistake, I would man up and do the community service instead of having my parents pay for my mistake. So I completed the community service within a month, and so it was dismissed. This only went to the local magistrate, not the court of common pleas. this was 5 or 6 years ago now..

Anyways, my question being, would this disqualify me from obtaining my LTCF>? Thanks for your help everyone!!

Big happenings around here right now, don't take offense... I believe you are disqualified if the max sentance is 1 year or more.

Yeah, anything over 1 year would be a felony. so i'm good to go. Like i said, i just had that incident in high school, and it was dismissed. Other than that i've never even had a speeding ticket, but did get a couple tickets for letting my meter run out like 6 years ago, they were paid off.
