i live in luzerne co. what is the procedure to go to the courthouse for a carry permit ??????

Welcome to PAFOA!!!! I don't know about Lucerne County. Here in Erie County you simply go to the Sheriff's Office; here it's in the County Court House. There you fill out an application and they take your picture. In three to five days you then receive your Pennsylvania License To Carry Firearms after you clear the background check. Good Luck!!

Perhaps a telephone call to your Sheriff's Office will provide any details if different than here in Erie County

Goto the courthouse annex(sherif's dept) in Wilkes-barre for the paperwork needs 2 people to sign then return for picture/background

The annex building is across the street from the courthouse.
