Default Story about MD Concealed Carry

I'm pretty sure it was this forum, but I can't seem to locate the thread.

Anyway, there was a thread or post in a thread about a guy who wanted to get a LCTF for MD because he and several co-workers had been attacked and/or robbed at the job site by some thugs.

when going to apply for the LCTF, he was told he had to have been attacked like 5 times or something before he could be eligible.

anyone remember this post? or anyone know what the actual law is for egttign the LCTF in MD?

I saw that thread and looked through it but didn't see anything about the guy actually being attacked.

I was pretty sure that the guy in the thread I'm thinking of was actually attacked while on the jobsite.
