I agree, Greg I'm glad you got your permit back but really you lost. Look how much money you just had to give away for no reason. This sucks.

It appears that the judge basically threw out the case and overturned the Sherrif, if that is true the sheriff should be held accountable for all of the legal fees.

I really hope that you sue him.

Congrats to Greg for fighting for your (and our) rights and not lying down, becuase if they did this to you, they can try this on anyone else.

I don't post much since I am still new to hand guns and ccw'ing (I grew up in NYC and a ordinary citizen CANNOT get a license to carry in NYC).

There is ALOT of info on this site and alot of great people that care about our rights and will not take this lying down.

This is why I joined THIS forum.

Just want to add my congratulations. I am very thankful to know such a great group of people. It feels very good to know if any one of us faces a hardship that everybody will stand up and support them. As Red Green would say "we're all in this together." This issue has really brought alot of people together and I'm proud to know all of you.
