Default 15 min. LTCF

I keep being amazed on how easier things are done here, i hate having to keep beating up a dead horse with the whole "im from CA" thing, but damn. So i walk into Bucks County Courthose in Doylestown and go to sheriff's office. Ask about the gun permit and the lady points to a stack of applications, and says "fill one of those out and i'll be right with you." So i fill one out, she looks over it, asks for ID, goes to comp (5 min) and then asks me to follow her. We walk thru some barred door and enter this little room with a big machine. she takes my pic, asks me to go over it and then says, "you are ready to go." I had no idea she was going to hand me my LTCF right then and there. I was very pleased as she was super polite and was giving me "heads up" in regards to carrying(10 min). In IMO it couldnt have been an easier/better experience...unless they would have fed me because i was starving at the time..LOL..just thought i'd share my LTCF experience with you all. Thanks.

Did i mention.....I LOVE PENNSYLVANIA????

Bucks County is awesome. My friend from NH goes there, while visiting me, every 5 years and gets his non-res PA CCW right there on the spot.

If the Philly pols succeed in ruining Philadelphia for gun owners, I make a beeline for Bucks County.

I've actually carried a few times without a LTCF and I remember saying to myself, "I'm gonna get busted with this firearm on me!" But I will never do that again, I promise.

Dont have a choice?? Sure you do.. When your time is up in the service, you can defect from CA to any state.
