Default Romanian AK UF

I bought a new Romanian UF AK via FTF. Took it to the range and it shot fine. Took it to the range a second time and it continually malfunctioned. Everyone I've talked to says it's a short ejector. My question's are:

1) What is a fair asking price for the rifle in this condition?
2) Anyone interested in purchasing it as is?
3) Anyone interested in trading 5.56mm or .308 ammo for it?

Any advice would be appreciated.

I would buy it !

but before you sell it did you shoot the same ammo the 2nd time.
Also did you use a different magazine MY 1ST AK I had the wrong mag make sure it says Romania on it and the right caliber.
or you might need a new lower rail
If the ejector isnt beat up dont be so fast on getting rid of it
let me know if this helps

LOL, hell of a sales pitch

As asked, what was the malfunction? If I were you I would first try to get it unmalfunctioned.

Malfunction: Casing gets lodged in the ejection port between bolt and receiver or casing falls out of ejection port and the next round fails to chamber.

It's a Century built rifle. I have the box, paperwork, etc.

Lol, here's the problem. C.A. sometimes makes good stuff. And sometimes they hire hammer-wielding monkeys to fix their receivers!

You could sell it but why not just try new magazine (makes sure its a Romy Mag), or buy a new bolt assembly?

How much 5.56 or 7.62 do you want for it? I have some PMC 5.56 and more Jordanian 7.62 and Venezuelan 7.62. email DMG_@MSN.COM
