WTT/WTS 6-24 OA Rifle Scope

I have a Baush and Laumb Elite 4000 (Bushnell Elite 4200 current marketing) 6-24 Adjustable Objective Rifle Scope w/ sunshade
VERY GOOD condition....

$350
or trade for
Bushnell 4200 3-9 variable
or
Leopold fixed 4X

The scope I have is in VERY GOOD condition, no problems at all, a scratch or two on the tube, or I would list as EXCELLENT condition.
If trading I would expect scope to be in equal condition.
