I agree completely. Plus, it's annoying how every 3 month old WTS/WTB post is being dug up from the grave to peddle your goods.

Thanks for visiting our forum! If you ever plan to return you should consider quickly registering for a forum account, especially if you're in Pennsylvania. It's simple to do and best of all free. Once registered you'll be able to participate in our discussions and keep up to date on issues important to Pennsylvania firearm owners!

There is another local gun shop that I visited today and he has at least 5 chicom sks...and his prices are awesome...he normally knocks off $50 for a cash transaction.
Aubie515,

Would you be able to post, or PM to me the name of the shop? I'm in Lancaster County, & get over towards Chester once/month on business. I'd love to find a Chinese SKS for my own collection.

Thanks Aubie!

I've actually bought more guns from John @ Seneca Arms than just about any place else. Since moving from Bucks County to Lancaster County 5 years ago, I don't get to his shop very often now (as you well know, he is well off of the beaten path!).

I do get out that way 1 or 2 times/month on business though, and will stop & check out his SKS offerings at the next opportunity.

I REALLY like John's shop. He has lots & lots of used & mil-surp guns, and his prices are hard to beat!

No problem.

I like John because he doesn't pressure you nor does he make you feel like an idiot if you ask him a question. We normally end up having conversations about everything and anything. Wished more gun shops would take his approach to doing business. It just seems like a lot of the gun shops are rude and they want to make a killing off of each transaction. John will be around while the other gun shops go under because they push their customers to Gander Mtn, Cabela's and Bass Pro. I like going into those places, but I'd much rather support the little guys.
