On the ChiCom drum mags the back plate swings down, exposing the interior. So, loading that ChCom drum is a breeze. Is this the case with yours? Most of the European drum mags are loaded one at a time from the feed lips, just like the 20 & 30 round stick mags.

Was this make specifically to fit the SKS rifle, or did you intend to type AK?

Yes this drum mag is EXACTLY like the AK-47 drums, eays easy to load..... you can load it now, and wind it up later to shoot! E-mail if you want pics, computer is too slow for fancy posting pics, I'll try to do that with my buddies computer tonight. I now have OBO fpr the drum mag, but this is all factory origional, and a very hard item to find factory, I NEVER USED IT....I like me AK- 47's, not SKS thats why I'm trying to sell it, but I won't give it away!
