Default WTB rimfire

Looking to buy a bolt rimfire rifle with a clip any cal. .22lr .22mag 17M2 or 17 HMR. Now I'm using a 223 for g-hogs it works very well but, I have noticed that in wooded areas or in a dip it is also very loud. And I don't think it would work well for tree rats plus I think a warden might give me a hard time about it. Just wanted to check it out here before I went to the local ripoff store(gunshop). Also have a few guns to trade :.22lr revolver a 20ga bolt and maybe a 1935 91/30.
