Theres a few kitchen table gun dealers in the area too. Our Sheriff runs such a setup from his home just north of Punxy. I dont know how much he has in stock, but I'm sure he'll order anything you need. I think his place is by appointment only.

I think theres another dealer in Oliveburg, unless its the sheriff I'm thinking of.


In Saint Marys there is Elk County Ammo & Arms.

Clearfield has of course Grices and Bobs Army Navy

I like LB Tony's in DuBois. Its a hole-in-the-wall shop. Not a great big selection, but he(Mike) is a nice guy and will order what you want. Sometimes his prices cant be beat, other times an item is a bit over. I usually go to him when I need something even if I have to spend a couple bucks more.

The Shooters Shop on SR219 has a small handgun selection, but a little better rifle selection than LB Tony's.

The folks at Iroquois beside the brookville bowling alley are nice folks, but they seem to cater more to bows. Their rifle rack is about typical, handgun case really doesn't have much in it. The do, or did, transfers for $20.

Rich's Outdoor World in Summerville(SR28) has a fair selection. For a lack of a better description, my "uncle-in-law's" fiancee' works there. They are good folks, sometimes they aren't very chatty with strangers. But regulars they warm up to real good. I've only been to Rich's shop on RT66S once a few years ago, so I cant give you an accurate description.

Yes. Hunting and defensive boxes. I dont recall seeing any bulk ammo.

Damn! That really sucks! We cant afford to lose a gun shop in our area.
