1st Annual Fall Sporting Goods Sale

Ok guys, I know it's July, but it's not too early to start planning it. I had a lot of good comments at this years 3rd Annual Sporting Goods Only Sale and quite a few thoughts/suggestions about maybe having one in the fall before hunting season really gets up and running.

Sooo, let's get thinking about it. I can host it again since I have a good size garage. Again it will only be stuff that is geared towards guns, ammo, archery, hunting, shooting, stuff for camp, etc.

Start looking through your stuff that you haven't used in years, excess to your needs, want to sell to get something new, etc.

Friday, Oct 16, 8AM - 5PM
Saturday, Oct 17, 8AM - 5PM
Sunday, Oct 18, 8Am - 12 Noon, then clean up.

I will be taking some vacation time so anyone that wants to put something in the sale can deliver it that week (Mon-Wed after 5 PM, all day on Thursday and of course anytime during the sale.

I will take care of the advertising in the Bargin Sheet and the CDT. Everyone that participates can split the cost of the CDT ad (it's about $37 for 3 days).

I have all the forms and such to do any needed transfers.

I know there will be at least: an AR, SKS, Saiga 12 ga, .22 rifles, handguns, lots of gun related accessories, reloading supplies and equipment, hunting equipment.

Here's a bit of an update on what will be at the sale:

Yugo SKS w/ bayonet and grenade launcher. Very nice shape.

CVA Optima Pro .45 cal in line black powder rifle w/ 62 bullets, 30 each 777 Pellets, 3/4 can of GOEX Pinnacle EZ Loads (.45 cal), other stuff.

Custom AR-15, 9mm w/ 3 magazines, Millet Red Dot sight, sling

Sonju Industrial Billet AR lowers (2 each)

Lyman Spar-T press (completely reconditioned)

CZ 75SP01 9mm w/ tritium night sights

Ruger Police Service Six, 2 3/4" bbl, 357 mag, extra grips

Misc AR parts

Several different rifle scopes (new and used)

misc holsters, belts

empty brass (.38 Spec, .40 S&W, .30-30, .303 Brit, .270, 12ga low brass, others)

reloading die sets (.270, 8x57, others)

misc. milsurp stuff

Remington Model Seven, SS w/synthetic stock, .243 w/Leupold VXII scope (3-9x40) which matches the gun. This gun is at least a 98% gun, very nice, very good shooter.

Savage 110E, .270, glass bedded, trigger job, Bushnell 4-12x40 scope, blonde colored stock, probably a 95% or better gun. This trigger is very, very nice.

Savage 342, .22 Hornet, 4x32 Bushnell scope probably a 95%+ gun

And there will be other stuff that I don't know of yet that others will be bringing.

There may also be a small exhibit of some NFA stuff.

Just found out the Oct 23, 24, 25 is out for me, I'll be in NC for my nieces wedding. So back it up a week, Oct 16, 17, 18 or forward to Nov. 6,7,8 should be ok for me.

I'll be there. More than likely will bring some of the NFA stuff if people are interested in seeing and learning about it.

For sale will be a RRA 10.5 inch 9mm upper w/ A2 sites and ramped bolt for use on a SBR or pistol lower. Maybe Cohaire Arm CA94fs, I'm not sure yet.
