Hello All,
I have lived in State College for over 10 years, but have had little shooting time the past coupleof years. Last fall I stopped at the outer range to do some shooting and noticed some heavy garbage and brass. It used to be a cleaner place. I am a new member to this forum and was checking out a post from last year when someone was looking for a welder and torches to make repairs. My welder isn't the best, but it will do the job and can also serve as a generator for power tools. If there is a spring spruce up day in the works, I can be available. I know in the past, volunteer activity was welcomed at the range. Does anyone know the game comissions stand on doing repairs? I wouldlike to start shooting more with my son as he is getting old enough to participate.

Thats not bad idea. If someone wants to organise some sort of clean up gathering at the Scotia, I'll be more then happy to attend(schedule permiting..)

It's 10:00 AM, Saturday, April 19th....and I'm going shooting. Probably get there around 11:00ish and shoot for an hour or two. If the inside the fence range is closed I'll try and be at the 100 yard aux range. If anybody's heading out stop over and say hi.
