I was just at the 5th St. Walmart and they had six boxes (50 round) WWB of 9mm. They also had plenty of WWB .40 as well (100 and 50 round). I don't need any so I left it for the next guy. Hurry and grab some!

Before I started reloading, I was buying Ultramx factory reloads from them. They're a little dirty, but cheap & run 100%.

In the past I've bought 9mm, 40 S&W and .45 acp from them. Not sure what they're prices are now...
Where do they hide that? It looked to me both times I checked that that store didn't even sell handgun ammo? And there was never anyone at the counter to ask.

Dick's pistol ammo is behind the counter...you have to find someone to ask!
The Ultramax is lead & not FMJ, if that matters....

Well, I never tried firing non jacketed rounds through my Springfield, but I guess it would eat that just fine. That would have been a good use for those 2 gift cards I had for a couple years though. Oh well, the bike rack I got is probably a better long term investment anyhow. Thanks for the reply. I'll check next time I go in.

If you get the chance head north. I spent last week at Rickett's Glen state park. While there I drove around to surrounding towns. I found .380 ammo at the ace hardware in Dushore, PA I found .22lr bulk packs and 9mm bulk packs at a wal mart on Rt 309 Tamaqua on the way there. The ace hardware in Dushore had more ammo than Cabela's had the last time I was there. It's expensive but they have it. I couldn't believe how many little corner stores sold ammo up there.

[quote=awfroadan;901078]Keep checking at walmarts. Check the local gun shops. It's a little bit of a drive but they have lots of ammo in stock for current reasonable prices, Enck's Gun Barn[/QUOTE

+1 on Enck's. Good supply and prices.
