Question IMAX Theater

Has anyone been to the IMAX theater in Reading? Would like to know if they do any wanding or pat downs.

Youre fine, theyre only security guard just reads the newspaper, then shoos the teenies from the front of the building when they loiter too long.

I have been to the Imax in Reading twice in the last 2 months, and cc'd both times. There is a security guard, but he just watches for rowdy people I guess. No wands or pat-downs. You will be fine if my experiences are any indication. I'm suer my sidearm prints pretty bad sometimes, but no one said a word.

Been there multiple times and have CC'd every time. Never had a single issue. The security guard is just there to keep people from loitering too long out front and to call 911 if anything serious happens.

Just curious... why ask about security instead of the policy of the theater?

Don't care about their policy. Wanted to know if I would be searched. If they have a no guns sign, I would ignore it.
