Just came across this site while researching obtaining an ffl. I am trying to find out what is needed in berks county.
I understand there are criteria that needs to be meet for township/city & state ! Hopefully someone can help me out here ? thanks J |

I currently have a c&r also.
From what I have read , you don't actually need a store front unless your city/county/twsp has a law requiring one. Also , from what I have read , you do need to have hours of operation or possibly ,by appt only hours. It would mostly be for myself & friends & would do special orders for "customers". J |
