richland was 30 more on my XD when I was looking for one. I paid 469 at shydas and richland wanted 499. + shydas had an XD in stock richland didnt it would have took a couple days to get in.
maybe they can get a better deal on glocks I dont know but thats what I found when looking around.

I recently spoke to a guy named Gary here in Utah. He runs a place called Smokin Oaks and had some used G-27's with night sights for $425.00. I think he charged $30.00 sipping and handling for out of state orders. You may want to drop him an email. His info is smokinoaksfirearms@gmail.com. I misplaced his phone number. Maybe he still has a few left...it's worth a try.

I couple of the places I go to there is little difference between the price of new/used I'd buck up and get the new just so I knew its history.

$425+ $30 Shipping+ $25 Transfer=$480! Is it worth saving a couple of bucks or would you rather have the gun now from a local dealer? And eventually you will get hit up for the out of state sales tax you think you might be saving on. I thought I would buy online because it seemed cheaper but its really not.

Glock has that special pricing for LEOs and I thought that also included military, not sure about retired, but if any of you Glock hunters are military, you might wanna check into that.
