Hmmm, well I used it in my Glock 19. I put 15 rounds in my mag, racked my slide, pulled the trigger and the gun went bang every time.

What more do you want to know? Its relatively inexpensive, it works. I think you need to post a better question to get a better answer

I've used it in my AR pretty accurate got it for a good price, and its reloadable.

PMC Bronze ammo.
Made in Korea.
Brass cases, boxer primed.
Relatively inexpensive.

Used to stand for Precision Made Cartridge. Might still, I'm not sure.

I shoot a lot of the .223. The appearance changes slightly once in a while. But it always works. Accuracy is not bad. I don't shoot much match ammo, so I don't know when accuracy is good, only when it is bad.
