Is there any quality difference between the round Cabellas is selling compared to Walmart? Thinking of reliability/function.

I had a few fail to fires in the last pack I purchased, but C'mon....3 out of 550 isn't bad at all...And for 10 bucks(actually like 9.80-sumthin with tax) who can beat the price? Especially for federal?!?

I only shoot the Wally world federal bulk. Its the only thing that will cycle reliably out of my Rem 597 because of a bad mag. Perfect for plinking! Luckily, today I ordered two more mags, one of the good ones and a 30 rounder
