Default I can't believe Cabellas doesn't carry......

I can't believe Cabellas doesn't carry speer reloading components, I tried opting for Hornady, but the 45 Auto size bullet 185 gr XTP/JHP was also out of stock. Am I missing something here!

I don't reload, but IMO Cabela's is like the Walmart of sporting goods. If they can't get a super deal through purchasing power they don't carry it. I often am astounded by the items Cabela's doesn't carry. Simple items that I can find almost anywhere. Nope not on Cabela's web site. Especially bow hunting related.

I know what you mean! I have seen certain items come and go in Walmart, I suspected that they couldn't get the low price they wanted, so they wouldn't carry the item. They have no problem though carrying things made in China.

In the end Cabela's is like every other retail chain. There is no possible way of carrying every product, even if they have a 210,000 sq ft location. There's just so much shelf space.

I'd be more concerned about the higher prices at Cabela's and not too concerned about what they don't carry. At times you can get good deals if you have their CC and receive the promotional coupons, but most of the time I wouldn't shop at Cabelas.
