Picked up a couple of boxes of Federal 9mm 50 rnd/box this afternoon at Bensalem Walmart. They had 6 boxes out where you could see it and the rest behind the counter. Also picked up a couple Winchester bulk .22 packs. They also seemed to have .40 as well.

Heads up, went to indiana wally world three days ago and they had 45 ammo, federal, no more blazer brass. anyway, they had tons, so i say give me four boxes, old man says, no only sell u two boxes, i say, walmart policy is six boxes, he cops a tud an says "two boxes of one caliber, six total" i say, policy is six boxes, he says sorry only two, i take the two an say i will talk to manager, he says go ahead. so, i wait 20 min to talk to manager, manager says policy is six boxes, no caliber restriction, i say, so your worker is going against store policy, he says yes. i then ask why your worker is going against store policy, he says that the worker is simply trying to keep 45 ammo on the shelves, i say, but that is against your store policy, he says yes it is, if you want four more boxes i will go with you to get them, i say no thanks, i will spend my $ elsewhere, he says ok!

Speaking of adding value to the thread, you can look in the upper right corner of a post and see the location of the contributor. In my case, Grove City.

There's nothing wrong with telling a long story in one very long sentence. Though I must admit those commas were great for taking a breath

Just picking on ya.

Looking at the posters location in for their profile does not necessarily say which Wal-Mart... You could be at any Wal-Mart Location. In Pgh we have about 7+ Wal-Marts in the area, so looking at the posters location won't tell you which store. Or the poster maybe traveling past an area they don't live ... ect ect.. you get the point

This post would make an awesome YouTube video.

That being said, you were not smart or proving anything by saying no. The stuff is too hard to find to waste time, especially when it's a peon who's screwing with the policy and not a manager, and the manager is apologizing for his pet idiot's actions. It's not like the ammo is going to collect dust on the shelf, they didn't lose any money because of you.
