Check this out.

I prefer Varget for all my accuracy needs. I start around 24.5 grains and work my way up in .5 grain increments. Max load is 27.5.......and it's compressed. Varget is a nice safe powder too......you can almost fill the cases to the brim and not overpressure.

I'm waiting for SPRING to work up same-same for my Encore and Bushmaster in 223 but I'm sure barrel twist will decide bullet weight and pleez let Varget do some job for me! I bought a bunch after reserching for 243 but it just didn't match up for my 243 rifle. I'm starting with H335* for my testing. Don't forget to post targets in the "online shooting" thread.

H335 is a very good choice. I have had good results with it and the 55 gr ballistic tip as well as the 69 gr. hpbt.

I also like Varget for both the Nosler 55 grain and for GI surplus 62 grain FMJ for my Bushie.

Varget is a good powder, just be patient with the metering Extruded powders are picky H335 is a ball powder just a FYI.

H335 is my go to powder for 223. 52gr SMK backed by 26gr of H335 lit up by a CCI primer. 335 also meters like water witch is nice when loading 200+ rounds at one time.
