Default 7.62x39

Does anyone know if there is an American made steel or aluminum cased 7.62x39. I want some cheap blasting ammo but don't want to send my money to Russia.

After obama bans the import of Russian guns and ammo does anyone think an American company will start manufacturing cheap steel cased x39?
