I've heard in a couple of occasions that suckers pay up to $500 a case for this stuff.

I just got 700rd for 215$ When most of the .308 surplus drys up worst then it is now these packs will pay for them self's on gunbroker. I saw 1 go for 60 not to long ago! Also saw 3 of the Portuguese Packs go for a 100$ apiece on broker last week! I will shoot some and sit on the rest. Thats if I don't get the M1A I looked at today. Its funny how things turn out, I was just talking about the Portuguese and South African packs yesterday in the "ammo id" post below this one wishing I could find some, today volia!!! Ask and you shall receive!!!

FYI, Its rumored that the AmmoDump is going to get a steady supply of Argentine .308 surplus and is going to sell them for $200 a case.

I think it is on par with the South African stuffs. A little cleaner too. Accuracy wise, I would say they are the same (but that out of a Saiga 308, performance might be different in a FAL or HK or M1A).

Very Very Odd.....

I have a crate left of Argentine 7.62 x 39. The first crate I went through was great. Brass cased, very very clean, and quite accurate. I paid $100 for 1000 (X2)rounds 2 years ago at a gun show. I'm not sure what its called, but around the bullet where it meets the case, there is a little band. Wolf is red, Golden tiger is purple, the Argentinian stuff had a green band. Not sure what it means though.

Thats odd they have .308 too. I didnt' realize they even had AKs there, odd they have surplus of a communist and nato ammo. My crate was marked 1994 manufacture I believe, I'll look when I get back home.

DAMNNNNN IT........they took it down. Must have been one of their hiccups they have. Like a couple months ago when they posted Golden Tiger at 2 years ago price.
