Default Hand-Loading For 8mm Mauser

I've been Loading the 200gr BTHP MK using 51grs of IMR 4350. I've been told by a Sierra Bullet Engineer that his testing for accuracy IMR 4064 prevailed. Who here concurrs? What grainage on Powder? What Brand & Type Primer Cap?
