Default Reload wolf ammo?

I never knew that you could punch the primers out of wolf casings until a few days ago. Now my question is, is reloading these casings acceptable, if so, I shoot a remington 700 BDL .223 and I didn't know if Wolf casings were okay to shoot from the 700 BDL. Just Curious, thanks

I dont even reload, but I know that the steel casings pose a problem. Here is a topic I pulled up on another forum when I did a google search.

Hope that helps.

Bucking convention, there's a guy on ARFCOM that has his Wolf on its fourth trip through the gun...

I personally won't reload it. Brass cases are available and still relatively inexpensive.

You didn't mention if the cases were steel or brass. Wolf's newest line of ammunition IS made with reloadable brass.

The guy on the AR forum is reloading steel cases. Actually, there was also an article in a magazine recently too. I think it was Shooting Times and the article was about reloading steel cases.

I would if I could find berdan primers, they are impossible to find anymore. The last importer that did bring them in doesn't do it anymore.

I have a thousand or so once fired 7.62x51 cases, beautifully annealed, only thing they are berdan primed. I would love to reload them.
