Default 45 Colt Lead bullets

I'm just getting into 45 colt reloading and none of the places I normally get jacket bullets from have good prices on .452 . Does anyone have a place that sells 250-255gr for less than 90 shipped ?

Midway has the Laser Cast and other brands. The web site is www.midwayusa.com.

I've already checked all of normal routes. Grafs, Midway , Natchez , and Midsouth. They are all over $100 per 1000 shipped. The cheapest I have found so far is $90 per thousand

I found the best deal around. Cabelas of all places has 250gr 45 LC Oregon Trail bullets on sale for $61.99 per thousand and I have coupon code for free shipping over $100. I just picked up 2000 and a thousand of 9mm 115gr. The coupon code is 7NFREE if anyone else wants to use it.

Get the best price you can on a decent bullet and by as many as you can afford.
For example, a bought some 170 grain lead bullets for my .32-40. Nothing special mind you. the last time a bought them was in May 07. The bullets were $34.00 per 500. I just ordered another batch and the price was $57.00 per 500. Mind you, these are dealer prices because I have a C&R.
Metals are going up in price as I type. A good friend of mine is a manager of a Dick's store. He said that excerise weigts have gone from .49 cents to .99 cents per pound.
It's gonna get a lot worse.
My two cents,
Jeff
Try Hunterssupply.com, Penn Bullets Inc, or Betterbullets.com if you want really good bullets at fair prices.
