No Full Auto.

While FullAuto223(Patton as I call him) has plenty of toys. The Club does not allow Full Auto without board approval. This is a township requirement AFAIK. While you can bring and show them off, please do not fire them at the range for the sake of all of us. Full Auto guns tear up the range pretty quickly as well. Since this whole "Group Shoot" thing is new and I'm a new member, I'd like to keep things on the up-and-up as much as possible.

As always, my guns are open for public use.

I am gonna run some numbers and see if I can afford a grill. Hopefully we'll cook up some dogs and burgers or something. If anyone has a portable grill (charcoal pref) they can bring, PM me so we'll know for sure.

I think that the club has some big charcoal grills by the multi-purpose facility. Roland, can you confirm?

Two other things.

1) Everyone should wear their PAFOA shirts to the shoot. Doug is shipping out pretty much every day, so if you order soon, you will have them before the shoot. Don't be a cheap-ass. Buy at least two shirts!

2) The grill is an awesome idea. I will pledge 5 pounds of kielbassi to the cookout. That's about 40 sandwiches. We could have a couple guys bring pop, a couple bring buns. Chips and so forth.

Food, friends, and guns. Does it get any better?

Thanks for the food offer.

As for the shirts, at $30 a pop. I'll have to wait to get my 2nd and third as I'm gonna have to buy half a case of ammo for my training this weekend. I ordered my shirt within seconds of the post noting their availability, hopefully I'll get mine for the group shoot.

Well, we're all pretty new to this whole thing. There's only been 3 so far and the first was me an Emptymag. LOL. If the weather is nice, I imagine we'll be there til early to mid afternoon. If it's shitty, probably til 12-1. Although, we've gone out for food at the last one, if we have food at the range, I think guys will stick around a bit longer.

I found our small camping grill, it is about 16" x 9" and run on those little bottles of propane. No Emptymag, you cannot shoot the ones we don't use. So worst case is we only have a small grill to use, but a grill is a grill.

Ill be there! I can proabley get some hamburger meat, hotdogs, buns. I also have two gallons of gas in the car all the time incase we run out, so fuel for the grill shouldn't be a problem .

I don't think I'll be able to bring extra ammo for other guns, though. I missed the last one cause I had none, but you guys said come anyway, so I will! I'll have some though, at least 50 for my 22 mag and 200 for my 22lr, try for more. Not too good with funds now.

Anyone got directions from I70? And I'm only 17, am I gonna have to bring my mother along? hehe

Actually JBS, you'd probably have to since you're under 18. I've never been to this club but I'm sure they have a policy like every other club. There'd be a liability issue with every one who was there if something went wrong. Just wanted to throw that out there for you in case you drove all the way there for nothing.

There are a couple of grills at the club that you can use. Take whichever one you want, gas or charcoal. I was talking to Koli01 and he knows about it and I asked him to return it in a day or so, that way you aint handling hot grills. Tonight is war movie night at the club at7pm( FMJ, if you want to come up), which I'll be there after stocking trout in the criik.

Since there will be many adaults there, (well at least adault age ) you do not need to bring you mother, unless you want to, which I think would also be OK.

The club is located on Rt. 48. There are several ways to get here from rt 70, do the mapquest thing, or take rt 51 north to 48 the club is a half mile north of rt 30. on the left. or take 79n to the parkway rt 376east get off at Forest hills exit rt 30 for about 8 miles and make left (Kings on right, Dennys on left) onto rt48.
