Hey,
Check it out! There is a 3-D Archery shoot at PMSC on the 15th. That means all you can eat breakfast from 0700-1000 hrs. For only $3.00.

Roland......did you hear me?..........Food!

Then they will be serving lunch (sorry, not all you can eat).

So, if any of you guys shoot bow also. You may want to bring it along.

Hehehehehe, food........Sweeeet. Can't shoot on an empty stomach. They'll be serving the food in the club hall, first concrete block building.

I think it would be very possible to make it a club event to make it more welcoming to non-members and of course cheaper.

As for the Fire Institute: in past discussions there has been ample room for them to do their thing and everyone else to do theirs. Archery, rifle, pistol ect. I think when they shoot outdoors they use the IPSC ranges, and since we'll be at the rifle and small pistol range, I don't see a problem, other than me taking a peek and watch them shoot.

Needless to say, I'll be there!

I responded likewise to THC.

I'd just like to reserve one of the larger ranges as we have 8 shooters in this class and some of the IPSC ranges are kind of narrow.

Hey Tony, you should contact Steve at the club. I think the "training range" would a good spot, although it's not too deep, only 30 yards from playwood target holders to closest row of pavilion columns. You may be able to get greater distance in the "right nut" that's in " the hole", sorry I love saying that, but that's what we call it. It's located by gas well and down into the valley on the right. I don't think there are any events using these ranges, but thats why I suggested you to contact Steve, I hope this helps.

If we can get some kind of event price from the club instead of having a 1 to 1 ratio of members to guests and paying $5 per guest that would be great.

I pledge $20 toward the costs either way. That can go to a group rate or the first four guests.

Let's go a shoot'n!! N@

I'll be there if at all possible.
I'm turning off the main water line before I go so there are no more surprises for me when I get home!

I also want to see this mythical Glock that THC CLAIMS to have some problems with! I think he was jealous of the attention that St.Marys was getting with HIS "problematic" Glock the last time!

Bigfoot, The Loch Ness Monster, Glocks that don't work? Phooey!

If we can do it. I am in. I missed the last one.

I've got a new .45 to run some rounds through.

See you at the meeting tonight at 7:00.

It would be a drive for me. But it would be fun to meet everyone. Besides, I have a new AK and XD 9 just itching to get out and fling some lead around.

What time are you all talking about meeting at this place? That is if we can go since Tony may have the place reserved already.

Mtbkski, TonyF's class will use one of the larger pistol bays.

Last time out we met at the rifle range at 9AM but didn't get shooting (other than the breeze) till about 10. Target set up, sort through gear, look at other shooters stuff, eat donuts, drink coffee, load mags.

We'll have to sign in non-members.

I'll go find TonyF and the guys(who will probably be signing paperwork, reviewing safety, range commands and such). If he needs a hand setting up, I'll help out.

later,

27hand
