Default Possible violation in Allegheny LTCF process

Hey guys, sorry for the SPAM. A thread in the regional section brought me to check a few things out. Can anyone look over this thread and tell me if my concerns hold any water?

I say clearly YES! and hope that PFOA (when official) takes up such issues.
