Lightweight AR-15 Upper (5.56)

I'm looking for a Lightweight/ pencil barrel upper with or without a BCG or handguards. It must have a railed gas block the same height as the receiver rails. Must be 16" barrel preferably a carbine length gas system but I wouldn't mind a mid length either.

I can trade a RRA upper with Magpul MOE handguards and fixed FSB, aTaurus 24/7 OSS in 45, or a Surefire M961XM07 weapon light for part of a trade.
