Default AR-15 Detachable Carry Handle or Flip Up Rear Sight

I am looking for a well priced detachable carry handle with A2 sight or just a flip up rear sight. I have not been able to find anything for less than $80 that is not an absolute piece of scheize. If you have either of these please let me know what make and how much you want for it. Thanks.
