Default Re: Scheduled Instant Check Outage 9/2 - 9/6

Don't know if anyone saw PAFOA member - Kim Stolfer on TV or listened to any of Kim's recent radio interviews across the state about pending PICS shut down.

Kim Stolfer announced the filing in Commonwealth Court today of the PICS Injunction against the PSP brought by the Allegheny County Sportsmen’s League and 26 gun dealers throughout the state of Pennsylvania.

It always struck me funny till someone files a lawsuit; no one in government ever wants to obey the laws or wants to do the right thing. "Do as I say and not what I do" seems to be most government people motto.

Allegheny County Sportsmen’s League web site with numerous firearm related information, you should all take the time to read Kim's excellent Legislative Committee monthly Reports.

ACSL Listing of all proposed gun bills in pending in Harrisburg (good and bad) are available here.

Thank you to ACSL, the 26 FFL dealers who stepped up to do the right thing and special thanks to Kim Stolfer for spearheading the counter attack against the usurpations of our Constitutional rights.
