In PA your allowed to by a rifle soo youll be fine getting an AR15 and you dont have to go to the courthouse or anything, you simply go into a gun shop of your choice and do about a page of questions then theyll do a background check which takes all but 5 min. and then youll be good to go to buy it depending on the result of you background check. As for where to get one your looking a 900 and up at least where I live (delco) and online you'll have to pay the price of the rifle and also have it shipped to a dealer and pay they're fees which ussally are no more than $40.(Correct me if Im wrong someone) I do not do anything online except for parts and ammo soo Im not sure if thats the cheapest route for an actual rifle Im sure someone will chime in and let you know.
