I don't know if this was mentioned before in this thread... it is 11 pages long... but most of the people in this thread are Monroe Residence. Is there any reason why we can not vouch for each other???

Does the person you are using as a reference have to have a CCW themselves? Or living in Monroe for a certain number of years? That is the only potential snag I see.

BTW, Concealed carry... does that mean that only the gun itself be concealed? How about a gun in a closed holster so that the gun is not visible at all? Just curious.
