George Bush and the Republicans created every crisis

Everything must change in 2009

None of the changes will cost the middle class anything

The rich (above $250,000 - not really rich) will pay for it all

The rich have ways of avoiding paying more

The middle class gets to pay for it all

The new plan is a worst crisis than the original one

Biden claims they didn't realize how much Bush had screwed it up
