Yes, I rephrased your question, because at this point, adding or subtracting symbols is immaterial - the case is afoot as it is. Arlington Cemetery is an entirely different matter than this particular case, and those differences change the calculus.

As I said, I'd like to know the rationale behind the 1999 denial of a Buddhist addition - that might shed light on this case, as the decision to sue came after that denial.
