everything i'm about to say is what some people would call an opinion but here it goes..

I dont know that theres a law on this that says you cant have a firearm on you if your over the limit to drive. This being said even if you are drink and did get cleared in the criminal case because it turns out its not on the books and was justified, your sure to be torn apart in the civil suit(my opinion). But one or possibly two drinks most likley wont put you over the .08.. I dont know that I would drink while OCing just to avoid any possible conflicts about it, it's already such a touchy subject we dont need to put more gas on the fire.
