So if I'm driving through a school zone (within 1000ft of school) with my weapon holstered; I can go to jail for 5yrs and/or receive a $5000 fine?
What happens if I must drive through a school zone to get to a highway? What if I'm taking the dog for a walk, and live across the street from a school (again, within 1000ft. In fact, I live about three blocks from a middle school)
Am I reading this correctly, or am I just nuts?
