It's because of incidents like this that I travel as little as possible by air. And, I have no intention of bringing my children on a plane to potentially endure abuse like this.
It's a shame that I have to make the decision not to fly with my family, but I'd rather that than have to explain to them why someone we don't know is treating them (or me, or their mother) abusively for no reason.
