Think I need more info. before making that decision.
His attorney claims it is regarding having a loaded gun in the house.
The paper seems to claim it is regarding his son keeping a loaded gun in his bedroom.
Which is it?
Was the gun taken by the neighbor or given to him.
A lot of blank spaces in that article.

If gets off the hook criminally he surely will get screwed in a civil suit.
