Yup, and this is why pre-emption laws exist. Sorry Eddie, you have no choice but to address this at the statewide level, because it's a state law the prevents PA from turning into a patchwork quilt of gun restrictions.

On this point, he's basically urging the GA to repeal the UFA's pre-emption, which I don't see happening.
