I am new to PA but not new to firearms, the German laws are much different. I have been asking a question and getting lots of conflicting responses. I know that, unlike some states, you can carry into an alcohol furnishing establishment. But. Are you allowed to carry while drinking? There is a big push within the GLBT community to carry at all times to prevent hate crimes. But there are alot of guys and girls carrying while out drinking. I know everyone is going to have different thoughts on this,

But is it illegal?
