if I want to smoke in the privacy of my own home, it's nobody's business but my own. I am not hurting anyone including myself. we aren't talking about crack or heroin or PCP. Nobody's out there prostituting themselves for weed. it's a plant that takes the edge off for a lil while. so you all can take your xanax or whatever your DR is giving you or go to the bar for a few after work and then drive home while i'm on the streets with my kids in the backseat, and I'll stick with what the Earth gives me.

Although I disagree with the drug laws, at this point in time, the laws are enforced. So, the marijuana would be seized as evidence.
Now, we have a pot smokin', coke snortin' President of the United States...so maybe those stupid laws and prohibitions will be changed.
