Well, first off, if you have a "Concealed Carry Permit", then you need to check reciprocity laws, as Pennsylvania only issues a "License to Carry Firearms".



You're double legal, actually.

A loan of a handgun is illegal, except to a LTCF-holder, which you are.

Further, transfers of handguns between parents and children do not require anything official to be done.
