Default Best Cheap-o rimfire scope

Looking to pick up a scope for a .22, just wondering if anyone has any comments on those in the sub $40 range. I realize you get what you pay for, but I'm also currently on a tight budget.

Looking to do plinking/target shooting - where we usually shoot is roughly 65 yards.

I have some buddies that just picked up BSA 4x32s at Wally world for $25ish, and I got to use them. They seemed pretty nice, but I wanted to see what my options are before "joining the club." It looks like Bushnell 4x32, Simmons 22mag 4x32, Barska Plinker, or the BSA. Thoughts on which would be the best bet? Other budget-consious suggestions? Anyone got something used to sell?

Thanks!
