Just Wanted to Say Thanks
I've been following this list for a few months and have found it very interesting. I don't post often but felt compelled to give a thanks to all.
I don't OC but I'm glad there are those who do. When I took a Personal Protection course (NRA sponsored) we were told that OC was not allowed and that exposing a concealed weapon could result in "consequences". I'm far less concerned now. Thanks.
There are many many gun-related laws on the books. The answers to many of the posts are informed, researched and well cited. Even those offering "opinions" usually add the "I'm not a lawyer" disclaimer. Thanks.
References to other state's laws and other nationally oriented lists is great and has been very informative. Thanks.
Even though this list - like any other internet resource - needs to be taken with a grain of salt, many here are quick to dispell misinformation. [Usually] this is done with decorum and without rude, counter productive flaming. Thanks.
