I've never had a bad experience at B&M, but I will say that they tend to let you look around and not bother you. But when you ask for help, they are front and center, in my experience.

You noticed that too? That is the one and only gunshop that I've gone to buy a gun
several times and could not get service. Not once have I managed to get to fill out a 4473 due to the utter lack of service at Grices, and I'm talking over 18 years of buying guns for myself and going to that store. I believe I've gone there at least 15 times with the full intent to buy a gun they had in stock and on the rack, but it turned out to have been a wasted 50-70 mile round trip for nothing or having to go to Bob's Army-Navy for service. I've never met such an obliviously blind bunch of employees as those at Grices.
I will never set foot in Grices again.
