My Taurus Millennium Pro PT140 (.40 chambered version of the PT145) is just about perfect in terms of size, weight, and safety features.

Also, although I've not personally fired one, Walther PPK. I've never had the chance to manhandle one on the range, but I lust greatly for that pistol.
