Before I was "experienced" in the ways of PA's laws....I executed these steps almost to the letter.
It was an older officer... On 291 outside of Boeing...I was let go with a warning to keep the speed down and get my inspection updated (was my mom's car I was driving at the time). Gave me a fixit ticket on the inspection.
It was a good experience. Have not been stopped since that encounter.
